When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. We do not ship on weekends.

* Please note this does not include warehouse processing times, which can take up to 24-48 hours to leave the warehouse*

 

How Long Does USA Shipping Takes?

We ship all of our packages out of Spain. Delivery times are based on the shipping method and your proximity:

Standard Shipping: 12-24 business days

 

How Long Does International Shipping Take?

Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 8-27 business days to arrive including the processing and handling time. Shipping overseas to an APO address can take up to 45 days to arrive.

  

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We have free shipping worldwide.

     

    HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    Flequerr adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

    Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using the 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

    Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is NOT subsequently stored.

     

    My Package Never Arrived, What Should I Do?

    If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping here or international shipping here, you might want to check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby.  Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error.

    If you're unable to locate the package, contact us info@flequerr.com, or through Facebook, and provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order, and order number.  We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!

     

    What If I received The Wrong Item?

    If you have received an incorrect item contact us info@flequerr.com, or through Facebook and provide your name, order number, and which item(s) you are missing. We'll make certain the issue is resolved for you!

      

    How Do I Use My Coupon Code?

    Enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon Code" section under "Order Summary" during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately!

      

    Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes On My Order?

    Only one coupon code may be used per order.

     

    Will My Coupon Code Work On Sale Items?

    No, coupon codes will not work on sale items. If you have sale items in your cart they will not reflect the discount. Only items that are not on sale will be discounted.

     

    What If My Item Is Damaged?

    If your product is damaged, you can either choose to be refunded or to have a new product. First please send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available), and a picture of your damaged product. We will review it and determine which option is elegible for you. Please send all the information to info@flequerr.com

     

    I Have A Technical Issue With The Website

    We've found that most issues are related to the web browser being used, we recommend the latest version of the following browsers:

     

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Apple Safari.

     

    How Do I Return An Item?

    All purchases made through our website are final. We do offer returns for product that is damaged upon arrival, however.

    If this unfortunate incidents occur, please send an email to info@flequerr.com to contact our support department or send us a message in facebook, and we'll be glad to help!

    *If you are returning a product you will have to pay the shipping of the product

     

    Why Isn’t My Tracking Link Working?

    If the tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email fails to pull up shipping information, please copy the tracking confirmation number from your email and enter it directly onto the shipping carrier site here for detailed information on your package's shipping status!

    If you're still unable to locate the package, email us to info@flequerr.com to contact our support department or send us a message in facebook and provide us with your ship-to name, the email address used to place the order, and order number.  We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!
